Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PressBox Sounds ("the Service"), a web application for managing walk-up music, announcer intros, pitcher walkouts, pregame playlists, and game-day audio for youth baseball and softball teams.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. Accounts are for a single coach, parent, or team administrator. Keep your password confidential and notify us at support@pressboxsounds.com of any unauthorized use.

2. Access passes and credits

PressBox Sounds V1 sells one-time access passes, not auto-renewing subscriptions. A Fall Season Pass or Club Fall Pack grants access for a fixed period from the date of purchase. AI credits are consumed when an AI announcer intro is successfully generated and saved. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

When an access period ends, your data remains stored and Game Mode playback of your existing setup continues to work, but editing and new uploads are paused until you renew.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing; not to impersonate real people, broadcasters, or celebrities in AI-generated audio; and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the rosters, photos, recordings, and audio you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and play back that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for holding the rights needed for any audio you upload — see the Music Use Policy.

5. Youth data

Player records are entered by adult coaches, parents, or team administrators. Do not enter sensitive personal information about a minor beyond name, jersey number, position, and an optional photo used for team operations.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
