What to include

Your account email, the team or player involved, the screen you were on, and what you expected to happen. For audio problems, tell us the device and whether you were on a Bluetooth speaker.

Billing and refunds

Purchases and receipts live on the Billing screen inside the app. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy.

Report an issue in-app

Signed in? Use Settings → Support → Report an issue. It attaches the screen and device details automatically, which gets it fixed faster.
