Refund Policy

PressBox Sounds V1 sells one-time purchases: the Fall Season Pass, the Club Fall Pack, and AI credit packs. Nothing auto-renews, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.

Refund window

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@pressboxsounds.com from the address on your account. Include the purchase date and product. We review every request and respond within a few business days.

What happens when a refund is issued

The access period granted by that purchase is removed. If that drops you below an active period, the app returns to read-only: your existing setup still plays in Game Mode, but editing and new uploads pause until you purchase again.

Only unused AI credits from the refunded purchase are clawed back. Credits you already spent are never reversed and your balance is never taken below zero.

Your teams, players, photos, uploaded audio, playlists, and already-generated announcer intros are not deleted.

Heavily used AI packs

If most or all credits from an AI pack were already used, that pack is generally non-refundable, since the audio was already produced and delivered.

Chargebacks and disputes

A payment dispute is treated the same as a refund: the access period from that payment is rolled back and unused credits from it are removed.
