Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, display name, and authentication records.

Team data: team names, player names, jersey numbers, positions, optional player photos, batting orders, and lineups.

Audio: uploaded or recorded walk-up tracks, intros, and AI-generated announcer audio, plus trim settings.

Payment data: purchase records (product, amount, date, status). Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Diagnostics: issue reports you submit, plus basic device/browser info attached to them.

To operate your account, store and play your team audio, enforce access passes and AI credits, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.

Our hosting and database provider (application data and file storage), Stripe (payments), and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech generation for announcer intros). Announcer intro text is sent to the speech provider to produce audio; no payment data is shared with it.

PressBox Sounds is used by adults on behalf of teams. Player records are limited to roster-level details entered by a coach, parent, or team administrator. Accounts are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child's information was submitted improperly, email support@pressboxsounds.com and we will remove it.

Data is stored with row-level access controls so each account can only reach its own teams, players, and audio files. Audio files are served through short-lived signed URLs. We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.

You can review and edit your team data in the app at any time, and you can request export or deletion of your account data by emailing support@pressboxsounds.com.
