Music Use Policy

PressBox Sounds is a playback and organization tool. We do not provide, sell, stream, or license music. Every walk-up track, intro, and sound effect in your account is audio that you uploaded or recorded.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having the rights to any audio you upload and for how it is played at your field, facility, or event. Leagues, parks, and tournament organizers may have their own rules about amplified music and content — follow them.

Keep it appropriate for youth sports

Walk-up audio is played in front of kids and families. Do not upload tracks with profanity, slurs, sexual content, or violent lyrics. Use clean edits.

AI announcer intros

AI announcer voices are provided through our speech partner for team announcements only. Do not request audio that imitates a real broadcaster, celebrity, or any identifiable person, and do not use generated audio to mislead anyone about who is speaking.

No redistribution

Audio in PressBox Sounds is for your team's game-day playback. Do not use the app to distribute, resell, or publicly broadcast copyrighted recordings beyond that purpose.

Reports and removal

If you believe content in PressBox Sounds infringes your rights or violates this policy, email support@pressboxsounds.com with details and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
